Maps & Route Notes

The route is described as experienced on the first traverse, each section corresponding to a day. Click on the links below to bring up a description and map and GPX file for each day.

The length of days are quite uneven, with a couple of shorter days along the coast when as much time was spent swimming as walking.  If some of the peaks are excluded, some of the days can be significantly shortened.

Maps are produced using the GAIA GPS App, a free app that can be viewed on any device or desktop.  Excellent mapping is also available online via the IGN App - https://www.geoportail.gouv.fr/
